CIV Groen, the Centre for Innovative Expertise, focuses on stimulating cooperation between entrepreneurs, green vocational educational and training institutions and the government. The main goal is to improve practical innovation, labour market integration and educational innovation. This is achieved by closely aligning education and industry, with an emphasis on the qualitative and quantitative alignment of educational supply with labour market demand.
CIV Groen aims to be at the forefront in offering up-to-date and innovative educational methods that respond to future needs within the green sector. The focus here is on digitalisation, technology and integrating international perspectives into the curriculum. Important is the practical incorporation of policy goals into education and the promotion of practice-based research in order to best prepare students for their future roles within the sector.
